Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the Miami Beach Convention Center is easily accessible from the three major causeways: I-395 (McArthur Causeway), I-195 (Julia Tuttle Causeway) and Venetian Causeway.

Who Should Attend?

The Independent Hotel Show is for owners, senior management, purchasing managers, designers, and key decision makers from independently-minded leading hotels and brands.

The Independent Hotel Show is a B2B show open to qualified industry professionals only and not open to the general public. Individuals must be directly involved in the hotel industry to attend. Suppliers to the industry must be exhibitors in the show to participate.

How Much Does it Cost to Register?

Advance Registration online:	$30 (by September 17, 2024)
Onsite Registration:	$60

If you are a qualified hotelier you may register in advance using a free invitation code available from all of the exhibiting companies and supporting organizations, just contact them for their free invitation code.

What are the Acceptable Methods of Payment?

Online registration requires a major credit card for payment (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa).

What are the Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policies?

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Substitutions may be made anytime prior to picking up badge onsite.
Sharing of badges is not permitted

Will Badges be Mailed Out Before the Show?

Badges will not be mailed.
Bring the confirmation email you will receive, once your registration has been verified and approved, with you to the onsite registration desk at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Hall D to scan the barcode and receive your badge.
You will need to show a government ID that matches the registration name to receive your badge.

How Do I Make Hotel Arrangements?

The show has made arrangements with a number of independent hotels within close proximity to the Miami Beach Convention Center, many of which have special discounted rates available for attendees and exhibitors participating in the Independent Hotel Show Miami.

Do You Offer an Airline Discount?

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for attendees of the Independent Hotel Show Miami.

Are Children Allowed to Attend?

No one under 18 years of age will be permitted on the show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This includes infants and toddlers in strollers or carriers.
Show Management reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time.
This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy.
This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees.
Registration of anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.
