Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the Miami Beach Convention Center is easily accessible from the three major causeways: I-395 (McArthur Causeway), I-195 (Julia Tuttle Causeway) and Venetian Causeway.

The Independent Hotel Show is for owners, senior management, purchasing managers, designers, and key decision makers from independently-minded leading hotels and brands.

The Independent Hotel Show is a B2B show open to qualified industry professionals only and not open to the general public. Individuals must be directly involved in the hotel industry to attend. Suppliers to the industry must be exhibitors in the show to participate.

Advance Registration online: $30
(by September 15, 2026)

Onsite Registration: $60

Online registration requires a major credit card for payment (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa).

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions may be made anytime prior to picking up badge onsite.
  • Sharing of badges is not permitted

  • Badges will not be mailed.
  • Bring the confirmation email you will receive, once your registration has been verified and approved, with you to the onsite registration desk at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Hall D to scan the barcode and receive your badge.
  • You will need to show a government ID that matches the registration name to receive your badge.

Show management is making arrangements with a number of independent hotels within close proximity to the Miami Beach Convention Center, many of which will have special discounted rates available for attendees and exhibitors participating in the Independent Hotel Show Miami.

  • Show Management reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time.
  • This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy.
  • This rule applies to all exhibitors and attendees.
  • Registration of anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.
