The VELA – future of travel retail Payment project revolves around industry award-winning IP & technology to help travel retail operators, airlines, airports, and travel agents generate a significant increase in ancillary revenue through smart data-driven, retail technology. The technology is currently being white-labeled and integrated into various payment platforms that serve the travel industry, which will allow our Customers to present travel retail offers, experiences, and exclusives to traveling passengers before they travel – and allow retailers, brands, and additional partners to present meaningful, contextual and relevant notifications to help passengers become more aware of what is available based on their unique travel itinerary. During one of our hospitality client rollout, The 3 main takeaway points translated to thousands of dollars saved, higher efficiencies in operations and management, and cross-sell and up-sell potential to lead to new revenues.
