Ben Wolff is a hotel developer, operator, and marketer. He is the co-founder of landscape hotel brand, Onera, one of the top-performing hotel brands in Texas with an 80% direct booking driven by its viral social media presence. He is also co-founder of hotel marketing and revenue management firm, Oasi, which drives growth for hotels worldwide through video storytelling, social media marketing, and revenue management.

In 2025, Ben founded a new independent hotel brand, Baya that blends outdoor experiential stays with wellness and farm hospitality. Baya’s first location is under development in South Miami-Dade on a 25 acre exotic fruit farm.
