Her career in the spa industry began as a massage therapist and has since evolved into the role of Spa Director at prestigious properties such as the four-diamond Alfond Inn, the iconic Nobu Eden Roc in Miami Beach, and the Four-Star Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Dayleann's passion for wellness and learning and genuine concern for others enable her to create an environment that empowers her team to deliver excellent service confidently.  Since the inception of the Spa at The Alfond Inn, Dayleann's wealth of experience has been a significant factor in the hotel's abiding success growing it into the premier luxury spa destination in Central Florida. This, topped with her unshakable idealism, has forged her into a hospitable force to be reckoned with.  As a Board Member for the Florida Spa Association, Dayleann has taken her unwavering commitment to learning and is consistently assuring all spas have the resources they need to build successful operations so they may provide elevated experiences for their guests.
