Gina Cerra
As Regional Director of the South for Kasa, Gina Cerra oversees just under 30 properties and her region includes both hotels and multi-family properties. Prior to joining Kasa, she managed two boutique hotels in South Beach and conducted comprehensive annual audits for numerous esteemed hospitality companies. In addition, Gina was instrumental in the creation of a standards framework for a well-known vacation company based in Central Florida.
Gina graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management - We Are! For the past 15 years, she has dedicated herself to the hospitality industry, starting in banquet serving and working her way up to hotel management, as well as extensive experience in hospitality consulting. Gina’s previous experience includes working in NYC for Starwood Hotels (W Brand) at the renowned Carlyle Hotel. She has also worked with Hersha Hotels in South Beach.
Gina is now at a tech-forward hospitality company that is focused on the future of hospitality. She has a passion for developing her teams to challenge themselves and drive results.
Outside of work, Gina loves to travel, try new restaurants and foods, and eagerly awaits her next adventure! Her family and friends are very important to her, and she loves to take them on trips or meet up in new and exotic locations. Locally, she only has four US states left to visit (thank you, consulting) and will make sure to visit them all!
