Jennifer Miller, CRME, CAM, is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in revenue management, call center management and hotel operations working for both independent and branded hotels. As Director of Revenue Management for Guest Services, Inc., she plays a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and optimizing profitability as well as providing operational support. She joined Guest Services in 2005, spending several years at the award-winning Doubletree Suites by Hilton Naples before transitioning into a corporate revenue management position, guiding hotels to implement sound revenue management practices. She then led the creation of a reservations call center, providing customer service and sales. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Marietta College and continues to stay connected with the latest trends and best practices in revenue management and sales and marketing through ongoing professional development and industry certifications.
