Joseph Imbrogno
As the General Manager for REVERB by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta, Joe Imbrogno is a seasoned hospitality leader with nearly 30 years of experience building high-performing teams, optimizing hotel and resort operations, and driving sustained revenue growth across lifestyle properties.
After earning his business degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Joe launched his career in business consulting with a Philadelphia-based firm, advising on both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He later co-founded a boutique online marketing agency in Florida, where he built an impressive client portfolio including Hungry Howie’s, University of South Florida, Hilton Garden Inn, and Original Hooters.
Drawn back to his passion for hospitality, Joe joined Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach as a Guest Experience Ambassador before moving to Plunge Beach Resort, where he advanced from Director of Guest Excellence to General Manager. In that role, he led all aspects of resort operations—including budgeting, sales strategy, revenue management, guest satisfaction, and capital planning—while delivering strategic leadership centered on profitability, service excellence, and long-term growth.
Most recently, Joe relocated to Atlanta to serve as General Manager of REVERB by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta, where he continues to champion operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys running, fitness, cooking, and traveling. He especially values time with his family and their dog, Pascal, a spirited Shih Tzu–Schnauzer mix.
