Kat Woods

Kat Woods is a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in hotel operations, finance, asset management and development.  In her role at Hyatt, she serves as an operational lead from deal signing, through design and construction, to opening day.  She also currently serves as the Executive Director of New York City Women of Hospitality, supporting the professional growth and development of women in the industry.

Previously, Kat was the Associate Vice President of Hospitality at Bridgeton.  Her career also includes leadership roles in boutique hotels, private clubs, and larger hotel chains including Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Kat holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire, where she is a guest lecturer and active member of the Board of Young Hospitality Professionals. Outside of work, she stays active as a gym-goer, soccer player, and aspiring triathlete.
