TJ Pierri, a senior executive at Noble House Hotels and Resorts, is a seasoned hotel and resort veteran with extensive hospitality management experience in the luxury segment developed through diverse assignments in various locations across the US.  Pierri is currently the General Manager of the Pelican Grand Beach Resort, a 156 key full-service boutique resort located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Pierri was first introduced to the hospitality industry at a young age, working in his family’s restaurants in Upstate New York.  After completing his undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech, he continued his career taking on progressive roles with luxury resorts, urban boutique hotels and large city centers across the United States including Sunriver Resort in Bend, OR, Fairmont Turnberry Isle in Aventura, FL, Silverado Resort in Napa, California, The Arrabelle in Vail, Colorado, The Windsor Court in New Orleans, Louisianna, as well as Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, South Carolina.

Pierri is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BA in Kinesiology / Dietetics, as well as a MS in Business Administration / Hospitality Marketing.  Pierri also keeps busy in his community by participating as a board member of the Virginia Tech – Howard Feiertag Dept of Hospitality and Tourism Management, as well as Vice President of Hotels, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (Broward).  Pierri’s volunteer involvement includes Love Lasagna Organization, Wreaths Across America and Wonder Dog Rescue.
