Attendee Registration: For all attendees.

Registration Verification Process Notice: All registrations will initially be pending and placed in review for show management to ensure that only qualified industry professionals attend.  A full confirmation and payment receipt email will be sent once the review is complete and the pending registration has been processed as confirmed.

Exhibitor Registration: For individuals affiliated with a company that is exhibiting at the show. 

  
Registration Rates:

Pre-Registration:	$30 (by September 14, 2026)
Onsite Registration:	$60

   
Registration includes access to the exhibit hall/show both days which includes all education sessions.

NOTE: Independent Hotel Show Miami is a business-to-business event. Individuals must be directly involved in the industry to attend.

Editorial Press:

All editorial press personnel are eligible for a complimentary registration. Please email Press@IndependentHotelShow.us for additional information and press credentials.

Non-Exhibiting Suppliers:

Companies/individuals that sell products and services to hotels are required to be Exhibitors in order to participate in the Independent Hotel Show Miami. Any registrations made by Non-Exhibiting Suppliers will be denied and canceled.

Students:

Hospitality students may attend for free only if they are with educators/faculty organizing a group visit that is approved by both the school and show management. Students that register directly will be denied unless they register under their employment with a hotel. Please email Registration@IndependentHotelShow.us for additional information.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable, and the sharing of badges is not permitted. However, substitutions may be made at any time prior to picking up a badge onsite.
